He’s big on practical, solution-focused approaches and accordingly has led major transformation projects in senior leadership roles improving overall business performance.
He’s particularly studied in how great teams work, why some don’t, and what really makes the leader to staff relationship tick.

As for whether Paul is the 'Bluff' or the 'Swagger' of this podcast….the jury’s still out, but we’re pretty sure he’ll claim he’s both. He’s been teaming up in business with his good friend and fellow business owner Ross Holding – and now they're bringing their banter and business insights to this podcast, for better or worse!!
Pauls partner in crime...
Ross Holding
Having worked both within a corporate environment, tasked with improving ailing profit centres and company divisions, and then running his own businesses, Ross has a genuine empathy for owners, executives and entrepreneurs trying to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
As a business advisor he has enjoyed long term management and business consulting projects with a range of organisations around Australia and the Asia Pacific Region as well as taking equity positions in a number of business with a view to turnaround and exit. Although most of his clients have, traditionally, been larger corporate organisations, these days his passion is focused on helping small, often family run, businesses.

In addition to his consulting experience he has been a CEO and equity partner in a large accounting firm, managed organisations with multiple divisions and ran his own businesses with various profit centres including business advisory, corporate training, IT managed services and a financial planning practice. All under the one banner.
Ross's vision for the podcast is one that takes a no frills, pragmatic approach when exploring topics that have been a lived experience for him over several decades.
So join Ross and Paul as they laugh at their own dad jokes and explore the many topics they hope you will find useful.
