Originally a corporate business manager Ross's work focused on the recovery of ailing profit centres and company divisions.

Since 1991 Ross has practiced as a business consultant and during this time has had a direct involvement in the development of business plans, marketing and sales programs, human resource management systems and personal development coaching. 

Although Ross coaches across a wide range of management disciplines he is a specialist in the areas of marketing and leadership development and has developed and released a number of training modules and consulting programs that focus on these areas.

In July 2000 Ross foundered Partnercorp Pty Ltd.  The business has long term management consulting contracts with a range of organisations around Australia.

Ross has also lecturered within the faculty of Economics and Commerce at Newcastle University as well as being a regular presenter at Australian Institute of Company Directors courses.

He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a regular contributor to a number of general and business focussed publications.

Lee Baines - Business Consultant

Lee has spent many years as a business consultant and as a business manager across arange of industries including the mining, engineering and construction sectors.

Lee specialises in:-

Lee is a Chartered Professional Engineer, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a licenced business broker.

Garry Whitaker - Performance Improvement Consultant

Garry has over twenty years experience in training, organisation development and change.  He has extensive management experience in executive roles that include Company Director, Deputy Mayor, Australia / Asia Training Manager and thirteen years running his own consulting business.

Harry focuses predominantly in the areas of:-

Nigel Donovan – Manager of Leadership and Performance Division

Nigel uses powerful concepts in human cognition and behavioural psychology
to enable people to create productive habits, motivate and manage their people in a professional business context.

He is an accredited Business Coach and manager of the leadership training division with Partnercorp, as well as an accomplished facilitator and presenter who is regularly called upon to facilitate planning and strategy meetings with large and small organisations as well as provide leadership and marketing coaching for small and medium sized enterprises.

Nigel is a specialist in helping businesses and people determine where they are now, where they want to be and the strategies for getting there. Nigel has worked with clients such as the RAAF, Housing NSW, the NSW Department of Primary Industry as well as numerous small businesses.

Kaylie Noble - Trainer

Kaylie is an experienced Instructional Designer and Trainer having worked with such clients as Hunter Water, NIB, and P & O.

Her energy, enthusiasm for excellence, belief in what she is doing and her skills in training and development makes her a fun and dynamic facilitator and presenter.

Kaylie focusses her expertise as part of the Partnercorp Leadership Centre where she coordinates a range of leadership development programs ensuring best practice outcomes are achieved for all participants.

Hedley Galt - Trainer

Hedley has a background in media, developing her communication and presentation skills while working as a television presenter in Los Angeles.

Hedley is a dynamic and engaging facilitator committed to creating an inspiring and supportive learning environment that stimulates growth anddevelopment and produces measurable results. Hedley uses accelerated learning and multi-sensory techniques to engage every participant. Her question-based facilitation style ensures that her sessions are highly interactive and inclusive.

Andrew Robards - Planner Support Centre

Andrew has been in the financial planning and financial services industry for over twenty years.

Andrew has run his own successful financial planning and mortgage broking practice since 2004.
For much of this period he also lectured in financial planning at the Graduate School of Business, Newcastle University.

Using his industry and teaching experience, Andrew has developed a unique program that helps people who have little or no understanding of money and wealth creation how the process works.

Although continuing to run his own practice, Robards Wealth Management, Andrew, as a Director of the Partnercorp Planner Support Centre, also assists financial planners and those who aspire to be planners to succeed in their own business on a cost effective basis.
