Ross HoldingOriginally a corporate business manager Ross's work focused on the recovery of ailing profit centres and company divisions.

Since 1991 Ross has practiced as a business consultant and during this time has had a direct involvement in the development of business plans, marketing and sales programs, human resource management systems and personal development coaching. 

Although Ross coaches across a wide range of management disciplines he is a specialist in the areas of marketing and leadership development and has developed and released a number of training modules and consulting programs that focus on these areas.

In July 2000 Ross foundered Partnercorp Pty Ltd.  The business has long term management consulting contracts with a range of organisations around Australia.

Ross has also lecturered within the faculty of Economics and Commerce at Newcastle University as well as being a regular presenter at Australian Institute of Company Directors courses.

He is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a regular contributor to a number of general and business focussed publications.

 

 

Lee Baines - Business Consultant

He is an accredited Business Coach and manager of the leadership training division with Partnercorp, as well as an accomplished facilitator and presenter who is regularly called upon to facilitate planning and strategy meetings with large and small organisations as well as provide leadership and marketing coaching for small and medium sized enterprises.

Nigel is a specialist in helping businesses and people determine where they are now, where they want to be and the strategies for getting there. Nigel has worked with clients such as the RAAF, Housing NSW, the NSW Department of Primary Industry as well as numerous small businesses.

 

 

 

Hedley Galt - Trainer

Andrew Robards - Planner Support Centre

portraits_41Andrew has been in the financial planning and financial services industry for over twenty years.

Andrew has run his own successful financial planning and mortgage broking practice since 2004 and is an authorised representative of Wealthsure Pty Ltd. AFSL No. 238030

For much of this period he also lectured in financial planning at the Graduate School of Business, Newcastle University.

Using his industry and teaching experience, Andrew has developed a unique program that helps people who have little or no understanding of money and wealth creation how the process works.

Although continuing to run his own practice, Robards Wealth Management, Andrew, as a Director of the Partnercorp Planner Support Centre, also assists financial planners and those who aspire to be planners to succeed in their wealthsure
own business on a cost effective basis.
