In this workshop you will review your marketing process from the ground up.  This will allow you to keep the parts that are really in line with your business direction and build on them to further enhance your business growth.

Course Objectives

In this 2 hour workshop you will learn about the strategic marketing process and how to build your competitive advantage

You will work through the Partnercorp Strategic Marketing Review Process, which includes:

  • Identifying your key client/customers driver
  • What are they really looking for? 
  • How do they choose between providers?
  • The features and benefits of your product or service
  • How well do they match the customer drivers?
  • How to run a simple competitor analysis to realistically see how well your business competes
  • Learn how to avoid competing on price
  • Start planning how you could adjust your service offering to better meet the target customer needs

This is an opportunity to make some simple adjustments to your business to further improve your service offering

Who should attend?

This workshop is ideal for SME businesses that have a turnover of $1M - $15M turnover (less for professional services businesses), and are looking to take their business to the next level.
