About the Course

The course teaches you how to speed up your planning and problem solving processes. How do you keep clear and focus on what is important rather than get caught up in the operations?  How do you coordinate multiple projects with you team?

This program has been designed to teach you some simple processes to speed up your planning and improve your project management.  This is not a “project management” program but rather a program about determining strategy and driving small project teams.

This is a practical workshop and you will be required to complete a plan for your team or project as part of the program.

This program has been specially designed to maximize your learning and minimize your off-site time.   To do this the program has been scheduled over 2 x 3hr workshops
