About the Course
With the Future Leaders Program both the organisation and the participant gain targeted, flexible and focused professional development with measureable return on investment built into the program

The program includes 5 x ½ day focused educational workshops scheduled over 10 months. These workshops focus on personal leadership, communication and leadership skills. The programs are highly practical, fun and use problem based learning and discussion.

Accreditation Option
Participants have the option to gain a Certificate III or IV in Frontline Management as part of the program. This nationally recognised qualification requires the completion of some assignment work and is provided in partnership with Management Consultancy International (RTO 91088).

Program Structure
Induction
Consultation with candidate, employer and program director to
- Establish personal development plan
- Allocate business relevant project in line with the business strategy
- Allocate external mentor
- Identify specific additional training requirements
- Establish individual outcome
- Establish business outcome
Built in value through a work based project
Participants are required to apply context to their learning through completing an internal business improvement project over a 6-12 month period that:-
- Is selected for its benefit to the business and for its ability to provide learning opportunities for the participant.
- Provides a context for the participant to learn and apply planning, leadership and communication skills.
- Is not intrusive with respect to the productivity of the participants or their colleagues.
One-On-One Mentoring
Participants are allocated a mentor who is a professional business consultant and coach from among the Partnercorp team. The role of the mentor is to
- Assist and guide the participant through their project
- Act as a sounding board for the business project and a resource for business and leadership tools and processes
Technology Support
Participants are also supported with technology through
- Regular newsletter linked to the workshop schedule which provides pre and post workshop reading and activity. Designed to provide greater detail to the workshop content for those who require more detailed learning.
- Access to a moderated online discussion board, where participants are encouraged to share problems and solutions with each other. This is moderated by our program director to ensure the discussion is productive.
- Tools and processes are regularly distributed to assist with the participant project as required
- Confidential online, email and telephone support with mentor
Structured Feedback
The program director liaises with the employer on a regular basis to give and receive feedback regarding the development progress of the participant.
Peer Support
Members are encouraged to connect with each other and form commercial and social networks. Social functions will be scheduled from time to time to facilitate the development of these commercial and social networks.
Additional Professional Development Training
Participants in any of the Partnercorp Leadership Programs automatically have access to a 25% discount on all additional professional development training programs provided by the Partnercorp Training Division.
