Executive Leadership Group

About the Course

It is so easy to get on a treadmill somewhere along the line in a business or profession and end up, some years later, in a rut.

Apparently successful, but nonetheless, a spiritual rut. This need not remain the case and the good news is that the solution lies entirely in your hands, or, more correctly speaking, in your mind.

This program will help you become clear about your purpose, your goals and provide you with a road map of how to reduce stress, create balance and build powerful habits that help you stay on track in your business and personal life.

We are fortunate to have renowned presenter and author Sandy MacGregor who will take you through an enjoyable program designed to teach you the tools to help you create the happiness and success you want.

Sandy has spent many years researching the science behind habits, stress, goals and happiness. He has consolidated this world renowned and proven body of information into a program that really allows people to achieve growth and change now.

The program entails a five day live in retreat followed by two group sessions over the ensuing six months.

You will also have exclusive access to your own online discussion board that also contains tools and processes to help you maintain your progress.

Testimonials

"When I talk to the people that I meet who are truly happy, many of them tell me that their happiness is not just an accident, but that they actively work for it.

Most of them use the skills we learned in the Executive Leadership Group – they are able to relax easily and quickly, they set goals, they talk positively to themselves, and they regularly do some sort of meditation.

Above all they know the purpose of their lives – they have a clear vision of why they are alive and where they are going in life. They have goals in different areas so that their lives are balanced, and their values actively support these goals."  Lorna S

"I'm a pretty practical person and I always set out to do things well and get them done. So I had a pretty good tool set to start with - the Executive Leadership Group made it even easier. Doing ELG took it all to a deeper level." Doug P
