You can test the effectiveness of this model by applying it to your current Clients. Score them and check out how they compare to our target score of +20. Put your best and worst clients through the process. Then review the following questions.
• Which Clients do you want to spend more time with? How will you do that? • Which Clients do you want to spend less time with? How will you do that? • How can you test a potential Client before starting a formal relationship?
You should find that these three questions point the way for you in terms of your Client relationships.
